Galvanised Lift up Cat Flap Tailgate Door

These have not been available new for about 30 years and never been available galvanised, we have lovingly re made these ourselves in the UK to be a close to original as possible but improved upon by galvanising the rust prone steel frame.

The skin is aluminium as original and is bonded to the frame to help prevent rattling and to minimise the skin touching the frame so these doors should last a very long time indeed.

These are a lovely period option on Series models, however most of these now are getting quite rotten or dented so you can spend a lot of time trying to get one right.
All of your old door parts will swap straight over onto this door. We have even accurately pressed the handle support box with the correct protrusion so it looks as close to original as possible. Comes complete with hot dipped galvanised outer lower strip too.

At the moment we only supply this as a bare unit, ideal for customers with a rotted door, however we are planning on suppling this as a complete retrofit kit with all the parts needed to fit later in the year.

Due to the time it takes to make these we are only making these in small batches so if you want one, order it as quick as you can as we will run out of stock of these between batches.
