Fully Built Up Complete Right-Hand Front Door

This is the later TDCI spec door as used on Defender models 2005-2016.
The frame on this is a one piece pressing and has the rounded top corners to the frame. These are the much sort after doors which normally go for a lot of money second hand, however with the second hand ones, when they are available you are never sure of their origin.
These are a direct replacement for all Defender models 2005-2016 however can also be retrofitted.
This does not include the door card so you can fit your own – ideal for customers who wish to retain their own door cards or have custom leather door cards etc.
These save hours and hours in labour time. This is the best door on the market, it will have great longevity & you know its provenance as it is a brand new item.

The only thing you need to complete is the door card and the male door card clips and to fit your old or new lock barrel into the handle (it simply pushes and locks into place).
This door also comes with the plastic trim parts you fit after fitting the door card such as window winder and bezel, interior grab handle and the pull handle surround and the interior button lock bezel.
The door is fully fitted with a handle and lock mechanism, glass, winding window etc.
Just bolt this onto you hinges and fit the door card and lock and you are ready to go.
Every nut, bolts and screw used to attach the parts to the door are stainless steel. The door itself is made to standard spec with steel frame and alloy skin as original.
They come with the option of the small diameter lock push button door handle (for Defender 1983-2002) and also the option of the large diameter lock push button door handle. (For Defender 1983-2002). Or with the option of a blanked off push button door handle (normally found on central locking models).
If you do not know which you have just measure the lock diameter. The smaller type is 16mm in diameter, the larger lock 20mm.
If you select the Britbillet 20mm Aluminium push button handle, we provide a spare blank cover so you can decide if you want a lock hole in the handle or not. These simply pop in or out so gives you flexibility.
